Facet, a Catalan company specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of high-end jewellery (especially diamonds) will install its new factory in the Parque Joyero de Córdoba.
The complex, which will involve an investment of half a million euros, will employ 40 people, according to the Diario Córdoba and as the company itself has confirmed in a statement. On its arrival in the Andalusian city, Facet will work with the company Alias Concept, its local partner.
Founded in 1987 by businessman José Miguel Serret, Facet began as a company focused on marketing cut diamonds. In 2005, the company established its first factory in Mumbai (India) and, from 2007, began to produce its own designs for wholesale.
Facet currently has offices in Barcelona, New York, Paris and Munich and employs over 500 people. The company participates annually in the most renowned jewellery and watchmaking fairs in the sector, such as Baselworld or JCK Luxury.
