The young Spanish company specialising in diamond traceability, Tracemark, led by entrepreneur Berta Serret, has just been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Innovative Business of the Year’ category at the annual awards organised by the sustainability consultancy Positive Luxury.
The company was selected from 115 entries in the six categories of the competition and the winners will be announced on 26 April.
It is an award that, according to its organisers, “recognises young companies that are playing a leading role in driving innovation in sustainability with a clear purpose beyond profit”.
The candidacy is a further endorsement of the work to ensure a responsible supply chain for jewellery and diamonds from the source to the consumer. An initiative in which other renowned Spanish companies such as Facet, Tous and Grupo Cadarso are already participating.
