After the success of its first collection with the Spanish traceability start-up Tracemark, TOUS yesterday launched its new Hav collection in five international markets. Created with gold and diamonds, the gems in this collection can be traced back to their origin.
As the Manresa-based company explains, “the collection is made up of seven timeless pieces of jewellery with enveloping shapes and subtle undulations, mixing yellow and white gold with diamond pavé”.
This second collection is now available in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Russia and Peru, with the same functionality as the first collection: customers receive a code engraved on their jewellery and a QR code on the label, through which they can access Tracemark’s interactive and personalised traceability panel.
With these codes and the QR consumers can check the provenance of the materials, the manufacturing process behind each piece of jewellery, and the certifications that guarantee the ethics and sustainability of these pieces, along with all the detail of the gold and diamonds used in them. All this traceability process is audited by an external firm, International Associates.
The pieces of this collection are produced entirely in the workshop of the Spanish jewellery company Facet in India and finished in their fine factory in Cordoba, where the quality control is carried out.
